Where we are:
Easy access from Ballinteer via cycling, scooting and walking. Access from Sandyford via cycling, scooting, walking and car. We encourage all our students to walk, scoot or bike to school. We have plenty of covered bike and scooter racks. For those driving to school we have a one way system around the front of the school and out again through the main entrance in Parkvale.
Welcome to our website! Ballinteer Educate Together National School is located in Parkvale, Balally, Dublin 16.
We are an equality-based, department-run school under the patronage of Educate Together. Our ethos is inclusive and we welcome children from families of all faiths and none. We are co-educational, child-centred and democratic, and we actively encourage participation and partnership with our parents and guardians.
Our school opened in 2012 and since then we have become a wonderfully vibrant school community with classes from Junior Infants to Sixth Class.
In September 2022, we moved into our new, purpose-built school building,
located on a shared campus with St. Tiernan’s Community School.
Ballinteer ETNS is a two-stream primary school with 16 mainstream classes
from Junior Infants to 6th Class and two autism classes.
