At Ballinteer Educate Together National School, we do not have a school uniform. We encourage children to express their individuality through their clothing, while ensuring they are dressed appropriately for a busy, active school day.

We ask that children wear comfortable, practical clothes that allow them to move freely and safely—especially for outdoor play and Physical Education. On PE and swimming days, tracksuits and comfortable runners are ideal.

Clothing should be age-appropriate and respectful. We kindly ask that children avoid wearing items with offensive slogans, or clothing that restricts safe play.

For health and safety reasons, jewellery (such as long earrings, necklaces, and rings) should not be worn to school.

Our aim is to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all pupils.
